01. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands via PostNL within the Benelux and via DHL to other European countries where this delivery service is well supported.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping within the EU from €100.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.

02. Handmade & Custom Orders

Our items are handmade, hand-painted and/or finished. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page.

03. Returns & Exchanges

Would you like to return an item? We ask that you contact us within 3 business days of receipt via info@ogosh.nl, stating your order number.

Our return conditions:

Hand-painted bags, accessories, personalized items and sale items are excluded from returns.

Items must be unworn, clean and in their original condition, including labels and any included gifts and accessories.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please send your return via Track & Trace and email us the shipping details.

Upon receipt, we inspect the returned items. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days.

04. Care & Wear

Our hand-painted items are made with care. Over time, signs of wear may appear, especially on corners, edges and handles.

We do not guarantee colorfastness or against normal wear and tear. Any washing and care instructions should be followed carefully.
